It drafts, you approve
A payment entry, a reminder or a WhatsApp message is drafted for you. Nothing happens until a person approves the amount or taps Send.
What it will never do
- Post money on its own. A person approves every amount.
- File GST. It prepares the workings; the filing stays yours.
- Message a customer on its own. You tap Send.
- Delete anything, change who has access, or touch a closed month.
- Guess. If the books cannot give a number, it says so.
How your data is handled
- It reads only what your login can read. Staff never see owner finances.
- Every figure comes from your own books, with the report and date it came from.
- Customer phone numbers never leave your shop’s records.
- Every approved action is logged with your name, for your accountant to see.
- You can switch it off in Settings.
